GENERAL
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our studio is located at 1307 S Willow St, North Platte, NE. We also travel for school, sports, and event photography across the region.
Q: How do I contact you?

ORDERING & PAYMENT
Q: How do I view and order my photos?
A: Visit our Order page and follow the instructions. You can also visit my.photoday.com and enter your gallery access code (sent to your email or provided by your coach/school). From there, you can view, customize, and order your images!
Q: What if I didn’t get an access code?
A: No problem! Just contact us and we’ll get it to you right away.
Q: Can I still order if the gallery says it’s expired?
A: Yes! Your gallery is archived but not deleted. You can still order — prices may be slightly higher due to additional processing.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All major credit/debit cards are accepted securely online through our ordering platform.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: When will I receive my prints?
A: Orders are typically delivered to your coach, school, or studio pickup location within 2–3 weeks of ordering. We'll let you know if there are delays.
Q: Can I get free shipping?
A: Yes! Many galleries offer free shipping to our studio or your school for a limited time. Be sure to check your order deadline for eligibility.
PHOTO DAY
Q: What should my child wear for picture day?
A: Come dressed head-to-toe in your full uniform (or outfit of choice for school photos). Don’t forget the socks, shoes, and accessories!
Q: Do I need to fill anything out before picture day?
A: Most galleries are completely online, so no paper forms needed! You'll receive info via email or from your coach/school before picture day.
DIGITAL FILES
Q: Can I buy digital downloads?
A: Absolutely! High-resolution digital downloads are available for purchase directly in your gallery.
Q: Can I use the digital files to print my own photos?
A: Yes! You’ll receive full personal-use rights with any digital file purchase.
MISCELLANEOUS
Q: Do you offer retouching?
A: Light retouching is included on select packages. Additional edits (like braces removal or blemish touch-up) may be available for an additional fee. Call us to discuss BEFORE you order!
Q: Do you take sibling or buddy photos?
A: For most sports leagues or schools, yes! Just let us know ahead of time and we’ll make it happen.
Q: What if I’m not happy with my photos?
A: We stand by our work! Please reach out if something isn’t right — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
